7:45am Morning wrap around care begins

8:45am Doors open for the morning/whole day sessions

11.45am Parents should collect children attending morning sessions only

11.45am Lunch time

12.45pm Doors open for the afternoon sessions

3.20pm Doors open for early collection

3:45pm Parents should collect children attending afternoon/whole day sessions

3.45pm Afternoon wrap around care begins

5.45pm All children to be collected from wrap around care at the latest

Late Collections

Children, who are collected late will be charged at a cost of £5 for every 10 minutes that the child remains at the setting up to the maximum cost of £30.

Arrival

Children will enter F2 via the F1/Nursery door – staff will be available to meet the children at the door as they start to arrive.

End of school Day

Staff will bring the children out at the end of the day via F1/Nursery door. We ask parents queue so that children remain visible to staff when walking to their parent or guardian. Please phone the office if there are any changes about who is picking up your child at the end of the day. We won’t release children unless we have had confirmation from you that someone else is picking them up.

Absence

Parents are asked to phone the school office if their child is absent and the reason for the absence. If parents do not let the school know the reason for the absence on the first day, then the school office will phone to ensure there are no problems.
