Positive Comments

I am emailing to tell you how AMAZING the team at Poulton Lancelyn Primary school have been this week. In totally unprecedented times and very little notice of school closures after just one day being back from Christmas break, they have planned and produced fantastic remote learning platform for our children.
My daughter is in year 5 and the year group team (I'm sure other year groups are the same I can only speak of my experience) have been fantastic creating core learning and taking into account working parents that are currently working from home. Its very tough and they have succeeded to allow this to happen. Credit were credit is due!! I hope this is recognised.
Just wanted to thank you all for everything you’ve done this week.  L loved her home schooling day today.
I’ve emailed ofsted my appreciation.
Kind Regards

Well done to you and all the staff at this difficult time. Both F and F have enjoyed today.

The morning zoom calls are a great idea and the work set out has been excellent.

We are both parents that are currently working from home and are under our own pressures, but the way you have prepared everything for this lockdown and at such short notice is amazing.

Thanks again

Good morning,
Just to say thank you to you all - the structure, variety and morning assemblies are absolutely brilliant.  The amount of work that has gone into it is massively appreciated and no mean feat!
Take care and stay safe
Dear Mrs Arnold,
Please can I pass on our thanks to ALL staff at your school. Firstly, office staff for the excellent communication, Mr Milne & staff for working so hard in sorting the critical worker places with such a short turn around and to the support staff who taught our boys on Wednesday. They came out of school happy and animated which took some of the guilt away for sending them in whilst rates are so high.
I am blown away with how organised the online/homeschooling set up has been. Mrs Reece and Miss Clifford have been fantastic, reassuring the boys and clearly setting out their day ahead. Not releasing all the work at once ensured the boys did not feel overwhelmed and instead added a good pace to the day.
It is clear this has been in the planning for a while and it shows. Outstanding provision all round, thank you all again.
I hope you all have a well deserved break this weekend.
Kind regards
Hi Miss Haworth and the school staff,

Thank you so much for all your help and support in adapting quickly in what must have been an awful week!

S has enjoyed doing all sorts of activities on Seesaw over the last couple of days. and although we’re definitely not going to manage it all (!) we’ve appreciated the variety. His little brother is also enthusiastic about getting involved!

We can’t wait to have him back at school as normal, but until it’s safer we are incredibly grateful for all your hard work in making a tough situation a bit easier for us.

We hope you manage to have a bit of a restful weekend!
Thank you all.
