School Meals, Milk and Snacks

If children eat better, they feel better, play better and work better. At Poulton Lancelyn Primary School, our healthy eating policy is carefully designed to ensure all children enjoy access to a nutritional and carefully balanced diet whilst on school premises.

Our new suppliers – Midshire Signature Services - are an independent contract caterer providing specialist catering, cleaning and support services, predominantly throughout the North-West. They are a family run business, owned by husband and wife Phil and Sue Bradwell, and provide freshly prepared food from good quality ingredients prepared from scratch on the school premises. They have a clear focus on health, wellbeing and sustainability, and run themed days throughout the year.

From 26th February 2024 children who are not eligible for Free School Meals will be charged at the normal rate of £2.50 for a meal.
